Sorry for the delay in response. Are you an estie? Please feel free to call or email me directly if you would like one on one help. However, I have seen this become common in skins that have been abused by products. The skin starts to protect itself and produces a keratinized layer that traps things under it. Stop using harsh products and start balancing your skin.
