Thanks for the info. I was in coporate accounting for 6 years and did payroll/HR so I get the laws from that end. My concern is the whole renter/commish thing. Where I am now. I am totally independent. (own phone, cc mach, booking, waiting room everything) but none of the stylists are. They use all the owners things. And I always wondered how the irs would view that from an owner stand point. And all the legals I speak with have different things to say. So now I am totally confused.
