Yes, Becky, I am living that nightmare as we speak!! So my 50/50 split is now 45/55, and once we get "busier" it will end up being 40/60! Plus to add insult to injury, we just found out that the full commission basis we are on as W-2 employees is illegal in our state. We have to make minimum wage at the end of each pay period minus commission and tips......a big can of worms about to be exploded in my workplace!
