Has anyone ever worked for a salon/spa that pays commission 50/50 PLUS takes a product charge for the product you use for every facial treatment? To me you can't have it both ways you either are commission or an independent contractor/booth rental and get charged for your product. Or the owner should incorporate it into the charge for the service. Anyone ever have this happen to them, the owner of my spa is trying to do this to me right now.
