Hi Estie! I understand your concern and frustration. I started out in my business without a sink and/or counter top. (3 years!!) It requires a little ingenuity and extra work, but it can be done. I actually purchased a small crock pot to have water available. Like I said, it does require extra work but I'm sure you can find what will work the best for you in your situation. I would definitely check out your state law, though regarding the sink. Good luck!
