we do it at our spa and it is a major thing. It takes a lot of skill to do it, so you gain very loyal clientele because they know you will do it correctly. Most women find the service so relaxing they fall asleep. It is a huge part of our business and, at least where we are, we have some slow months, and in those slow months the lash clients keep the estheticians busy and afloat.
Training isn't super cheap, but way worth it. You need to be certified before you can do it, which is offered through the companies. They are great classes which really teach you how to do it, and once you learn their techniques and tricks it is a no brainer.
