Thanks Ms. Pati! I call my questions stupid because I am frustrated. I graduated from school last year and it was a horrible experience. My fellow students were awesome, but the instructor and owner were not. Too much drama between the two. The students suffered. I told Lori that as a new esthetician, and lost, that this board, Lori, staff, WBoW has been my motivation to get back into business. But my questions are so basic that I feel I should have been taught in school where I paid so much for my education. So thank you to you too, for your patience and guidance.
