His beard is a mess actually. The conversation went like this :
me: so Mr. Beard, do you even wash your face?
Mr. Beard : yep
me: how often?
Mr. Beard: once, in the morning.
me: so you basically go to bed with a filthy face, on your pillow case and sleep in your dirt?
Mr. Beard: hmmm, yeah, I guess I do
me: You need a facial.
Of course it was all in good fun!
