The biggest problem with research is it must be funded. So whoever is doing the funding needs an answer to support or benefit their products. Looking at all areas of research gives the most clear picture.
I don't actually think MD's know a lot about making skin beautiful or keeping us healthy. I am not blaming or speaking badly about the individuals, just the industry. We esties can accomplish more than we magine. Pair us up with a great MD with a great assistant and we have the best of all worlds!
