Sorry, I missed this one. It is my understanding that we were allowed to use vegetable dye on brows/lashes(back in the day) and now we can not. Cosmos only and then they are told tint can not be used on the face, near or around the eye. This might actually be one of the gray areas in our industry. It was legal when I got in and now supposedly it's not.
