I attended Lori's "Contract with Your Clients" class in Las Vegas last month. It was awesome! She mentioned a letter that she sent out to existing salon client's when she first started working at her sisters' salon. I believe she offered free facials, which in itself may not be that unusual, but her wording was excellent. I failed to write it all down, but perhaps she or another attendie can share it.
