GRUPO VIDA’S DRUMMER..TIM VILLANUEVA
As most of you know, Grupo Vida’s drummer, Tim Villanueva, was seriously injured last weekend. He had his first surgery today, and will be having a major surgery on Wednesday.Tim has eight fractures to his face, along the nose, beneath both eye sockets and under his nose along his lip.
The doctor will have to make cuts under both eyes and disect the skin away from the skull to apply titanium plates to both sides of Tim's cheek bones. Then he will make a cut underneath Tim's upper lip from left to right and bring the skin up to place one more plate to hold his upper mex to the bottom of his top tooth line together. This is the part right under your nose and between the top portion of your teeth.
I wanted to remind everyone that we are accepting donations to help the Villanueva family out. Despite Tim’s medical insurance…all medical expenses will not be covered.In times like these, the last thing any family needs to worry about are bills.
