Have you tried putting an appeal in the local newspaper? It is Accrington Observer & Times, 103 Blackburn Road, Accrington, Lancs. Or there is the free weekly newspaper, which is more widely distributed: Citizen Newspapers Ltd., Telegraph House, High Street, Blackburn, Lancs.
