you probably originate from lancashire-there's a big concentration of us 'round Chorley.my family moved to yorkshire in the 1920s-we mixed with chadwicks,nunwicks,widdows so my dad says!grandad saw an opportunity after the second world war to sell furniture in yorks so it was goodbye to the red rose county!
