I've never done that with a book. About the board. I've been here for 5 years and it's never really been used very consistently my those who share, although there have been some profound sharings, a few miraculous turn-arounds and a couple of truly bizarre communication streams. It's never completely died out, but realistically I don't think there's ever been a trust level high enough for people to go to the deepest level. But it's good for a dose of support. It's like a little town you drive through once a week, but not the full-course meal. I keep checking and have liked seeing how myself and a few others have changed and grown, although it's very slow. I do think the board has been a catalyst for some folks going into more alternative therapies. --Previous Message--
