It is not working for me... tho the book is one of the top 50 I have read in my life...I wish they had handed it to me to initiate me before I went into the Core Energetic's group therapy that I did fifteen years ago...It was so hard to realize the body can be your teacher...and to shut up the mind....and listen... Just about any question a reader would want to ask is basicallly answered in the book.... my goal is to read the damned thang onto tapes and just listen to it.... there is something about taking in information audibly that is more profound to me when I am "wriggling" with my life....I learned this when I was in art school and had to memorize all the ITALIAN artists names and paintings ....I had to see it on cards then hear it out loud ...so ...I am tired of trying to keep the book handy ...cause I love to open anywhere and just start reading..it's like my bible...it's replaced because he has it condensed and synthesized in his book; all we need to know...for living....breathe, feel, accept, move, stretch, learning to love , do it hour by hour, day by day, despite all the assholes we bring into our lives...they are there to push our crap out....they are our therapists...our real teachers...sha sha
