Hi Linda M, I don't seem to achieve anything with the breathing techniques which I do everyday but I will persist. I learn so much through my dreams though. Thanks for sharing your experience, it gives me hope! My inner child is scared and angry, and it seems that I hate him. No wonder he doesn't want to come out!!
: Hi, Mark. Buried feelings are very
: difficult to face, however, using
: the breathing techniques helps to
: let go the "struggle" of
: not wanting to see the ugliness
: within. Accepting the ugliness
: brings on tears (for me) because I
: don't want it to be a part of me,
: yet it is. Allowing the Witness to
: "see" the ugliness helps
: tremendously to overcome the burden
: of resistance from what I don't
: want. Then I realize that the
: Witness is telling me "it's
: okay". As John Ruskan's
: statements tell us a true
: transformation takes place. I
: believe you are making a
: breakthrough too. Congratulations!

: Wow, that's wonderful, how did you
: achieve that? My inner child is too
: scared to come out, I just can't go
: there and get past the resistance.
: Although last week I had a
: disturbing dream and woke up with
: the most awful feelings that were
: probably buried since childhood. I
: found myself automatically pushing
: them away but then found the
: awareness to stay with them. So
: maybe I am making a breakthrough at
: last in accessing those buried
: feelings.

: My inner child has become free of
: the
: anger and confusion from her past.
: She is learning that she can be
: loved and trusted just as she is.
: She no longer has the pain and
: suffering that has lasted for so
: many, many years. At last she is
: free. Just some thoughts I wanted
: to share. Peace to all.
