I have had a miracle...and back to reading John's book...years ago (16) I went into bioenergetic's therapy...we were encouraged to just feel the body and stop talking after sharing the current events that were upsetting us...and she would guide us to listen to the area's of the body... reducing to basic fear,sorrow,etc... and having primal release from crying or screaming...I was so bamboozled with so much info from al-anon...divorce..raising kids...I was all over the place...trying EVERYTHING...i DID YOGA FOR A WHILE. now later ..much later I have gone to a very good chiropractor who has been literally beating on my back etc..and my asthma is gone...I have had about four weeks....I am back and believing in the fact that the pain is deep...deep and registered in the muscles and even the ribcage....I am going to start shouting about this folks....I am also grieving that I could not do this long ago.......you'll be hearing from me now. sha sha
