Brian,
I am not sure about a CD but I can tell you (for what it's worth)that floating in a floatation tank will get you into an Alpha state very quickly indeed without the need for very much technique - I am fortunate enough to have acquired a second hand one and they are amazing for processing and integrating emotions.
