I can certainly identify with no feeelings. Have you ever hidden something so well that you can't find it? I guess that's what I did with my emotions from a very early age. I was told that it takes increasingly larger amounts of energy to suppress these buried feelings, kind of like an upside down pyramid. I have always tended to escape into the intellect. I figured that if I could make sense of it mentally I would be safe. Of course, I learned that my mind is my worst enemy. After reading "Power of Now", another classic work in my opinion, I have started to experience some freedom from mind and it feels good, peaceful. My mind used to have a habit of building a house of horrors and then moving into it. I use Holosync to reach deep brain states. Also, I like HPP CD's from Lloyd Glauberman, they seem to help. Would enjoy feedback from kindred spirits on getting in touch with feelings. Thanks.
