It truly is a wonderful message. So freeing and so do-able. 2 years after I read the book for the first time my wife was saying that I'd changed and was much easier to live with. I said I didn't think I'd changed but then she said maybe it had something to do with the book. Then I realized that the knowledge that I am responsible for my feelings allowed me to stop blaming and to become a much more peaceful and loving person.
