So you are suggesting that one can go through the meditation stages while doing tai chi and the same release could occur? Have you tried this?
: The Tai-chi and Chi-Gong will work
: well too. The Tai-Chi is a moving
: meditation, using the mind and the
: breathing techniques and combine
: with the movements to more the life
: force or vital energy in the body.
:
: Chi-Gong is also use a similar way,
: such as mind, body and breath to
: lead the vital energy (life force or
: Chi).
:
: Breathing is a way to connect our
: mind with our body.

: I have finished reading Emotional
: Clearing, and would like to find an
: alternative to yoga for bodywork. At
: least two of the poses recommended
: are hazardous - the shoulder stand
: and the headstand. The shoulder
: stand can cause damage to the
: vertebrae in the neck. The headstand
: can cause a stroke in people with
: high blood pressure, and other
: cardio-vascular problems. In
: addition, those with degenerative
: diseases, such as arthritis, may not
: have the flexibility to achieve many
: positions. I have never liked yoga,
: and would like to use methods that
: work more normally with the body's
: natural positions. A
: one-size-fits-all method is not
: appropriate for everyone. Would
: Tai-Chi, or Chi-Gong be suitable
: alternatives? If not, does anyone
: have other recommendations?
