Thnxs for the your comments Angela. You see whaen I truly accept the emotion it goes away and I can no longer sit with it. That confuses me because you talk like you're able to sit with the emotion after you've accepted it, when for me I sit with it and that brings on the acceptance, and the emotion disapears.
