I saw this movie, and would like to see it again at some point. A lot of stuff to think about. My experience of the movie was somewhat tainted by a rather cultish group with frozen smiles handing out literature at the movie theater. But besides that, I was aware of how interesting and wonderful much of the movie was. At some point it did get a little "heady" for me, and I got tired of listening to JZ Knight, the woman who channels Ramtha. That part gave me the creeps. So I don't think the movie was "perfect" but I thought it was excellent. It goes a long way to explain why we may be addicted to our own pain.

: Jim,
:
: I would have to say they're right on
: the money. I also see no contrast
: to what John says, and what is said
: in the movie. For me it's like the
: one guy said, "what I used to
: see as real is more unreal, and what
: I used to see as unreal is more
: real." That's what has been
: taking place for me over the past
: few years and continues...
: One big point from me is that the
: physical world is an illusion. When
: you're hearing something like you
: make your own reality through your
: own perceptions you probably can't
: separate that truth from the
: physical, even though the physical
: is connected and affected by it.
: It's messed I can't explain it...
: I'm not here to preach or prove
: anything anyway, so I'll shut up.
: Though it is good to see a movie
: like that made for the general
: public.

: Yeah I saw that. Very inspiring
: although the memory is fading. I
: remember being quite pleased that
: some of the science and philosophy
: was being presented to the general
: public.
:
: They lost me though when they said
: that you could influence the shape
: of a snow flake with your thoughts.
:
: I also think they mis-interprete the
: idea of "you create your own
: reality" by saying you can make
: reality what you want by your
: perceptions. John also talks about
: this in EC (projection).
:
: The thing is this, you create your
: own illusions. There is only one
: reality (which we all admittedly see
: from our own unique perspective).
: You can see what's really there or
: you can make something up but you
: cant imagine something and make it
: real (in the moment, you can do that
: with furure of course). IMHO

: Hello,
:
: I just seen a great film last night
: called "What the bleep do we
: know". It's from a film
: festival rather than hollywood, and
: it's very good. I suggest anyone and
: everyone to go see it.
: It's a non-fiction semi documentary
: on reality.
