Recogntion of a feeling + whats under that '? also helps release any progressive link ie There are often a series of feelings the top one often the tip of the i ceberg. Identification of a feeling and linking back , helps healing, as well as comprehension. Often relief, because now something healthy can take its place, sometimes a transitionary phase is needed to amalgmate the learning and to recover, This process of releasing suppressed feelings is also an extremely challenging path to take and anyone out there doing this know that there are others on similar paths. This is often a feelingly lonely route and reaching out to others spiritually I find of great benefit. thank you for sharing how you feel. This is a blessing.
