Does anyone else feel this way? Breathing for me seems good for generally lowering resistance to feeling and changing patterns of holding in energy, but not to work with a feeling when it's happening. Because when I consciously try to breathe into a feeling, it feels like I'm trying to change it (make it go away) instead of just feeling it. 2) Has anyone tried Reiki or other energy work as a supplement to the emotional clearing work, and was it helpful?
