Hi there.I came across your website today and it seems very helpful. I have a problem and it is that since I can remember myself I have been angry.angry with everyone and everything. However can never express it.I dont know the reason and Im almost 22.this is affecting my life big time and Im affraid i might do something i regret for the rest of my life. please help me.thanks
