I am having a situation where my boss has disrespected me in a really bad way at work.He has given my office to someone else and intends to put me in a communal office with non-professionals even though I am one of the professionals on staff.
Based on what John says how would you deal with this situation-tell him how I feel or work on myself and then expect the situation to clear. I am angry, hurt, upset, my self-esteem is low, I feel victimised, injure, let down, like he put me down, I put myself down.
