I have read a good portion of the book. I really think it is a great approach and is exactly what I was looking for. I am at the point in the book where I am about to enter the Transformation chapter. However I find myself going back and re-reading the parts on how we self reject so I am better able to recognize when I am doing it. Personally I have dealt with issues of anxiety, co-dependency, eating disorders, manic-depression and relationship addictions. I have started using John's techniques and yoga along with meditation and reading books on co-dependency and recovery to help me get a handle on a lot of my issues. I have dreams of having a life of increasing joy, where I am not always analysing myself and the world around me, trying to stay one step ahead (out of fear). I hope to learn to live more freely and trust a little more. I guess first I am learning to trust MYSELF with my feelings and not reject me. I hope you all are doing well. When I first started out I was extremely numb. I think I am beginning to make some progress.
