Potential new forum is ready for testing

I finally worked the kinks out of some new forum software that might work for us and is hosted right on this server. It's ready for testing right here! I hope you'll give it a try and let me know what you think. I put up a couple of test topics for us to play around with, complete with very silly test messages. :) If you can't get in at all, or you get an orange installation screen, definitely let me know that too! No registration is required in order to post in most places.
