A can of organic chickpeas, rinsed and drained, 1/4 cup tahini,, little bit of water, salt and pepper, a fresh squeezed lemon, couple of shredded garlic cloves and process till smooth in food processor. You can add chopped kalamatas, green onions, roasted red ppers. Eat on fresh baked pita bread. Delish!
