I love cabbage! I make cole slaw with red and green together with carrots, apple and walnuts mixed with plain yogurt (used to use mayo).
My favorite way to eat it is to slice into rounds about 1/2" think and roast it with olive oil and salt/pepper. I also like to stir fry it in a little coconut oil.
We eat a lot of cabbage down South! It's a Winter crop for us.
