1 cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 30 minutes
Drain and rinse the cashews after they have soaked. Put in blender with 15 oz. Almond or coconut milk on high speed until smooth.
Add to the blender of cashews and milk the following and put blender on high speed for several seconds until everything is pretty much liquid. The nuts will not be totally smooth looking.
7 dates, pitted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of Sea salt
Dash of Ground Cloves
Refrigerate until cold and enjoy!
