Thanks, Marina! I knew you'd know. Nearest TJ's is two hour's drive from here. But I'll keep my eyes open when I'm out and about. Does the TJ's type say whether it's made from sheep or goat's milk? Or does the 'authentic' imply that, like it does with Greek olives?
I know that Greek olives are a whole different thing from what we call olives here----prepared differently, healthy, mmmmm, so good! But my budget only lets me have a few now and then for a treat.
Do you know whether sheep/goats are given hormones and antibiotics, like cows?
Is there something better about the nutrition in real feta?
