Does the pulp cause any mold or anything on your houseplants? I use mine to fertilize the garden.
Agreed, cucumbers are wonderful but not in juice. They do give it a yukky taste.
Raw whole cranberries are also good to add to carrot juice.
If you drink juice two or three times a day, the pineapple/orange mix is a pretty big whallop of sugar. Even carrot juice is high in sugars. I try to back off the sugar content by using more celery or other veggies.
You're right, they say it's best to consume the juice right away while the enzymes are active and the vitamins haven't degraded. I give you credit for being conscientious about that! I know that I won't find time to juice as often as you, so I make a bigger batch and get it into the fridge immediately. I guess it's a compromise between doing it the best way and not doing it at all.
