sorry just saw this Ruby..i started to walk about a week after my chemo was done, couldnt go more than a few steps at first but within a few months i was walking 5 miles..and at a fast pace! that was 10yrs ago..Ive been a permanent fixture at my gym everyday since then and I love it! My favorite and latest addition to my workouts is spin..and highly recommend it to everyone! the thing is you need to remember that the instructor is just there as a guide, you set your own pace, speed, and resistance and of course you get to decide when youve had enough! I took both tamoxifen and two different aromatose inhibitors which i had to give up after 4 and 1/2 yrs due to extensive muscle and joint pain..the spin has helped get me back to where i wanna be physically! and as a bonus it really helps with the bumps in the road that i experience mentally..you know-the stresses of life! Dont give up Ruby! there is something out there that you will enjoy and something that will work for your body type..try everything!!! Good Luck!!<3
