I'm sorry you didn't get more answers, Ruby. I don't know much about exercise machines. I have a rowing machine and it's a pretty good workout for arms and legs and back. I agree with Cheryl that a bike is a great idea. Walking uphill is great exercise for legs, too. My neighborhood has some low hills and when I've finished my walk, I've had a lot of exercise. Or maybe there's a place (mall, etc) where you could walk stairs?
