carrie, i betcha the pumpkin spice would taste yummy!! gonna have to try that 
leeks, yup love them have a great recipe for leeks and salmon..very easy-all rolled up into foil and baked!!
I love love love beets, have never baked them but that sounds really tastey! now ill have to run and get some this week!! thanks for the tips..
I didnt know that leeks where the #1 bc fighting veggie, i always thought it was cabbage?? but i like them both, and eat them often!
