It's a dilemma. Getting a cancer diagnosis can really shatter one's life. I can see why some people need something to help them cope. I only wish there was a stronger support network, more counselling, more support groups that meet more frequently, more volunteer cancer-coaches, etc. so that at least some people would find ways to cope without the drugs. And I wish doctors would suggest supplements and foods that would have a calming effect. A lot of people just don't realize there's any alternative to drugs. It's what our culture promotes.
