in response to your question what would be interesting..heres a list of some things that i enjoy reading/learning/researching.
healthy food choices, easy recipes and ideas for adding foods that i dont usually buy but should!i enjoy learing about what health benefits come from different foods..ive got a mayo clinic cookbook and i love it! i love to hear what the best healthy snacks are..im always looking for a healthy alternative!
mindy/body connection..have taken a course on that and i know that connection exists! enjoy reading more about that.
Exercise..weve all heard (at least i hope) the connection between our weight and risks for bc, i would like to see more of our bc sisters get on board with moving..and loosing! i find so much stress relief through my workouts, i wish i could inspire others to at least give it a try! i think a big key is getting motivated..and i think the ladies could help each other with that..besides it kind of adds some accountability to the process!
