and I also like Jay Kordich(sp)? He was known as The Juiceman. He has GREAt data - cured his cancer and great recipes as well. I thought his book was entitled Juicing for Life. I can't find mine right now.
BUT just to let you know that aside from C's great recipe ideas, Ralph Moss MD(a wonderul Doc who has a huge report on anti-cancer, nutrition, etc.called The Ross Report, has an anti-cancer juice recipe. Don't remember the exact recipe but I can look it up if you cannot find it and are intrerested. It does contain parsley, carrots, apple, dandelion, Daikon radish and beets. I always added more greens and ginger as well.
Per my Herbologist, Fuji apples are better for digestion. He told me that until my system was in better shape(post chemo - even several yrs later) to be careful w/ some of the ingredients, such as the Dandelion and Radish as he believes that it was too acidic for me. He is however, an advocate.
Let me know whether you want that exact recipe. I have it on file somewhere.
My neighbor just got into juicing and triggered me to get back into it. I sure can use it.
Hugs, Bj
