Lana, did you get a juicer already? What you juice depends on what kinds of things your juicer is able to cope with and what appeals to your appetite right now. Things that are commonly juiced for good health are raw carrots, beets, spinach, celery, parsley, apples, ginger, lemons, and berries of all kinds, including raw cranberries. You can also use broccoli and cabbage (good cancer fighters!) but start with just a tiny little bit of those and see how your digestive system handles them. Vary the mix until you find some combinations that you enjoy. Adding a small dab of frozen concentrated orange juice to the blended juice might make it more acceptable when you first start. Also, if your juice is mostly vegetables, a tiny dash of sea salt can improve the taste.
