If you go to the third level, then you can see that there are two forks on either side of the opening to the door.
The child's rhyme in the castle of Isis is the key.
I think is goes something like
"west to west east to east. west to east east to west.
push the buttons in accordance to those directions. west=right hand side, east = left hand side.
