I think they are going to scrap Under 21 & Minor and replace with an Under 19 competition for a 2 year trial. I'm not sure if this is for both club and Intercounty. Just heard this on the radio. The findings of the report stated that of the 500 players from 16 to 24 that were assessed, 1 in 10 were in the final stages of burnout.
