i think the 21 grade should be scrapped to be honest- i know the merits have been re-iterated time and again- but no-one seems to care about the players in this. especially at club level it's added on every year and ends being finished in april of the following year - so it should be scrapped with immeadiate effect.
the problem with stating that players should only play one code- is that a lot of the smaller clubs wouldn't be able to field in one of the codes without them. I think if you're a dual player you just have to accept you're going to play a lof of games- you can't please everyone.
