Just look at the number of fines imposed on clubs for players kicking around on the pitch at half time, and yet they continue to do so. Anyway how could the fine the Regional Teams? They are totally and very well funded by the DCB !

There were programmes available in O'Toole on Saturday. All four teams were detailed. Only problems were that the South Dublin team did not line out as listed and some of them did not wear the correctly numbered jersey.
