This sort of thing is happening far too often and is far overdue being dealt with. Apart form Criminal Proceedings, the individual should be banned from the Association for life and his club heavily fined. Clubs are not dealing with people who whether players/Supporters or Team Officials are invloved in discipline problems. A line needs to be drawn in the sand now.
