I'd try and find a full back and put ross in chb and move cullen up to chf. This will help maximise their usefullness as ross is one of our best distributors and cullen is one of our best players but is too loose for chb and would be a good man under breaking ball and assisting the midfielders without as much pressure. However don't know many good fullbacks that would be of the standard.
