I wouldn't be surprised if some of the management team decided that they had enough. Thats understandable given the enormous committment required to do the job with the complete enthusiasm needed. However I think those that have influence should encourage all of the management team to try once more but also allow them team some time to reflect on their own positions. The team was a kick of a ball from an all-ireland final.... I would guess Pillar and Co know they are very close to success. Leaving that behind for somebody else might just be enough to drive them on for one more stint.
