Lack of loyalty?? How friggin retarded are you? This isn't a god damn high school football game. People pay MONEY for an expected level of service, not to essentially be scammed. Obviously, you don't give a shit about quality and would gladly GIVE your money away from some misguided sense of loyalty to people who don't give a damn about you, just your money.
